The London Nobody Knows (1967)

Wonderful and underrated documentary about London during the Swinging Sixties. Narrated by the glorious James Mason. What else do we need?

  1. Having moved down to London in 1969, I could relate to this documentary very well. I even saw the contortionist featured, performing outside the Tower of London, and in Portobello Road, when I ran antique/junk stall under the Westway flyover. He used a straitjacket in his act too. Thanks for that!
